If you wrote down every thought that ran through your head throughout the day, would most of them be thoughts that led to or connected directly to the belief that you CAN and DESERVE to be happy?

Many people feel like happiness eludes them…

That it has something to do with what they have, do or create. But happiness will still elude you no matter how much stuff you accumulate or what you do. Because your happiness depends on what you think AND on what you believe!

You think tens of thousands a thoughts a day and 90% of those thoughts are thoughts you thought yesterday and the day before that and the day before that and so on and so on.

Why thinking happy thoughts isn’t enough

Happiness eludes most people because they allow themselves to habitually think thoughts that are grounded in the belief that they’re not happy. For many that includes believing they are not worthy of happiness. And as a result, they continue to feel like shit.

I am NOT saying that the answer is “think happy thoughts”…thats just #toxicpositivity bullshit. What I’m saying is that if you really pay attention to the thoughts you are thinking and then ask yourself…

“Do these thoughts reflect the belief that I can and deserve to be happy?”

You get to decide whether or not you’ll continue thinking those thoughts or change them out for ones that better reflect what you do want!

I know you can’t change what’s happening around you or what people do

But you CAN choose what to think and as a result build a life founded in the belief that, due to the simple act of being born, you ARE worthy of happiness.
