I was wondering..when September rolls around what will you say you did just for you?

I spent a long time in my vicious Busy-Woman Burnout Cycle of helping-fixing-saving-exhaustion-resentment-anger-escape-refuel-(forget)-helping-fixing…(and when summer rolled around all I wanted to do was lie down). Partly because my personal identity was so tied up in what I did…not necessarily why I did it. And as a result I felt compelled to keep returning to work that was literally draining the life out of me. Now with kids and at the stage of my life where, there are so many people we should see and so many things we should do, by the time September rolls around I need a vacation from my vacation.

Yes it is good work, important stuff, great people and yes I still do it, squeeze it all in…and now that I have learned the mindset strategy necessary to keep my purpose and intention at the forefront of my thinking, I stay focused on why I do what I do, which helps keep my energy levels up so I can continue to serve, help and love those around me.

You can have this too!
I know you are busy and the thought of splicing your time between those that need you/ your responsibilities/ your work and taking on a new project where the only outcome would be self-serving  seems impossible (OMG unheard of).

That’s why I created a little something… just for you…mom, educator, healer, fixer and saver of the world…(those of us who spend the majority of our time giving away our energy and are often left feeling empty instead of fulfilled).
